BART, VTA & Caltrain
BART connects San Francisco and Oakland airports to the Berryessa/North San Jose station. From there, a short rideshare takes you directly to Embassy Suites Milpitas (~10 min).
VTA light rail runs through Milpitas with stops near the hotel. The Milpitas BART station is served by both BART and VTA, making connections from anywhere in the Bay Area straightforward.
Caltrain runs along the Peninsula between San Francisco and San Jose Diridon Station, with a convenient transfer at Diridon to VTA (or a short rideshare) up to Milpitas. It's a smooth option if you're coming from SFO via the Millbrae station or from anywhere along the Peninsula corridor.

Driving & Parking
Embassy Suites Milpitas is located at 901 E Calaveras Blvd, Milpitas, CA 95035, directly off I-880 and I-680. From SJC: ~10 min. From SFO: ~35 min via US-101 S. From OAK: ~35 min via I-880 S.
On-site parking is available at Embassy Suites for registered attendees. Overnight parking charges are the responsibility of the individual guest and are not included in the convention fee.
Rideshare (Uber, Lyft) fares from SJC typically run $15–$25. From SFO or OAK expect $40–$60 depending on time of day and demand.

Students may qualify for additional airfare savings through platforms like BYOjet (formerly StudentUniverse), Student Beans, and ScholarTrip, which verify student status (typically ages 18–25). Some airlines, including United and Air Canada, also offer student-specific fares or added benefits like extra baggage allowances or flexible change policies.
We recommend comparing student fares with the airline meeting discounts listed above to find the best option for your travel dates. In many cases, student-specific fares will outperform the convention discount on coach fares.
