Convention spots are released in phases. Once a phase is full, the next phase automatically opens.
An unsubsidized option ($449) is available during the registration process and reflects the actual cost of attending this Convention. If you are able to, we would greatly appreciate it if you could help YJP by choosing this option.

Transportation
Embassy Suites Milpitas is ~10 minutes from San Jose International (SJC) and ~35 minutes from SFO and Oakland (OAK). On-site parking, rideshare, BART, and VTA all serve the venue.

Unsubsidized Pricing
$449
The actual all-in cost per person is $449. YJP works year-round to subsidize attendance for as many people as possible.
If you have the means, please consider choosing the Unsubsidized option at payment. It directly helps keep Convention affordable for everyone.
Convention Changes
YJP reserves the right to change or cancel Convention plans, including programs, activities, and sessions, for any reason, including participant safety or unforeseeable circumstances.
YJP will do its best to refund attendees in these situations, but refunds are not guaranteed.
YJP is not responsible for any associated charges resulting from these changes or cancellations, including travel or accommodation costs.
